Achievement Days/ND State Fair Exhibitor Book (use this book to determine Division #'s, Class #'s and rules to follow for each exhibit.)
4-H Work Schedule Book (members, clubs, committees, & families)
* Static Judging is on Monday, July 8th this year!!! Set-Up will take place while youth are being Static Judged. No set-up meal will take place, but concessions will be available!
* Are you participating in the Premium Sale? If yes, you are required to enter a min. of one Static exhibit. This exhibit must be able to fall into one of the classes located within the Achievement Days/ND State Fair Exhibit Book OR a Cloverbud class (4-H ages 5-7).
* Livestock Record Books - Each exhibitor is REQUIRED to submit one Livestock Record Book PER species. Register this under each livestock species in FairEntry. These are interview judged on July 10. Animals can be grouped together if they are the same species/division.
* Showmanship Division - This is where the youths skills are judged showing their animal, rather than the livestock they are exhibiting. Interested? You must sign up for this under each of your livestock species in FairEntry! Junior Division (4-H ages 5-12) & Senior Division (4-H ages 13-18)
* Registered Breeds - You must have proper documentation or your livestock will be moved from the registered breed to commercial division.
