Welcome back to our office. With the opening of the building for the public I’d like to welcome you back in a safe way.
Please when looking at coming into the Recorders Office know that we must keep a social distance of 6’. What does this mean for you… The recorders office has limited workspaces that have been set up that are 6’ apart. We right now have 5 stations for working title and three computer stations. We must keep staff and the public safe so please be respectful. All books will be pulled and handed to you at a window the vault will not be used at this time.
We are asking that you call us for indexes and should you need a few copies we’ll be happy to provide them to you by mail or email.
Please remember we have our online vault access by going to www.servnd.org. along with www.ndpropertytax.com, Mountrail county GIS. We will be accepting walk-in recordings along with mailed in documents and e-recordings.
