We all know that life gets busy sometimes!
Do you need a little assistance keeping track of your 4-H year and all the activities that take place?
If so, here are three wonderful options to help you do just that! The official forms for #2, 3 & 4 will all be sent out at a later date and may have some slight changes, but most info will be the same and can be used as a wonderful tool to keep you and your 4-H'ers on track!
Click on the below headings to view the documents.
1) Introducing the NEW 4-H Member Book!
This book is for all 4-H’ers ages 8-18. It is a place for members to capture their story, track their growth, and remember the fun of their 4-H journey, and a great place to keep meeting notes.
This is NOT a “record book” but rather a place for 4-H’ers to keep track of important information and plan their year. This book could be used to complete a record book, or apply for awards or scholarships that your county may offer.
The book is also PDF fillable for added accessibility. I have attached the book, but you can also find it on the 4-H Google Drive- 4-H clubs- Club Meetings.

This is a great tool to keep track of ALL your annual activities, including the ribbons you receive! The official form will come out around July/August 2026 and will be due sometime in August 2026.
4) Achievement Days - Premium Sale Criteria Sheet (Livestock exhibitors only)
You must meet a specific criteria to participate in our annual Achievement Days Livestock Premium Sale each year. This year's sale should take place on July 9th. Here is what you need to do to ensure you can participate! The official form will come out around May 2026 and will be due July 6, 2026.
