Rental Rates

Hall & Kitchen

Daily Rate - $150

 

Indoor Arena

All Day Rate - Private Use - $300

All Day Rate - Commercial Use - $300

** Commercial = Clinics & events where public is invited

4 Hour Slots - Other slots may be available upon request

(standard times 8 am - 12 pm / 12 pm - 4 pm / 4 pm - 8 pm)

 

Outdoor Arena - Private Use

The Outdoor Arena is available to use for free for the public any time there is not a pre-booked rental.

Contact the Fair Office to inquire on availabilities or you may attempt to use Outdoor Arena without calling at your own risk.

The Mountrail County Fair Association is not liable for any injuries or damages that take place during Outdoor Arena Rentals. 

 

Outdoor Arena - Commercial Use

Must follow same rental rates/rules as Indoor Commercial Use.

 

Deposit - for ALL Areas

Cleaning & Damage - $500

 

Cleaning still must be completed by renter.

Renter will loose deposit if building isn’t cleaned after rental.
