Meeting - Hourly Rate
1 Hour - $100 / 2 Hour $150 / 3 Hour $200
Meeting - Daily Rate (More than 3 hours w/ less than 100 people) - $250

(Meetings past 3 hours with over 100 people are required to pay social event rate. Rental includes your set up and clean up. Schedule your event accordingly.)
General Rental Information
· Liability Insurance required for all events.
· Excessive cleaning deducted from damage deposit. Cleaning & damage deposit refunds require County Commissioner approval. (meet on 1st & 15th each month)
· Must contact City of Stanley to have liquor or alcohol on premise (701) 628-2225.
· Payment required 1 month in advance or upon booking.
