Mountrail County has implemented Spring Load Restrictions on MONDAY, March 9th at 7:00 AM for the Mountrail County and Township roadway network.

04/28/2026 Notice:

Clearwater Township, an organized township within Mountrail County, joins LoadPass effective immediately.

Clearwater Township has opted to have Mountrail County do all permitting, so at this time, industry will just need to submit permits for oversize / overweight travel thru loadpass which county will review.
